Important: you must provided reference number of the picture, size, and also choose between print or canvas. I accept your payment only if all information are given and your picture is ready to send.
If you prefer pay directly to my bank account please contact me for details.
PRICE OF LICENCE
Prices are variable and can be discussed especially when you purchase many images at once.
Please send me your offer and specify:
- reference number of the picture(s),
- where do you want to use it/them,
for example : cover or the inside of a magazine, a book or other publication, or just on a website, etc.
Full sized pictures will be sent to you by email (or in a different way if required) after complete payment is received.

QUALITY
I use top quality professional photographic equipment.
Most pictures are available in maximum size 4288 x 2848. Many pictures were taken in RAW format and they can be sold as tiff (about 35mb big) or as jpeg (usually between 4 to 8 mb big).
Pictures are printed on quality photographic paper and their colours should stay fresh for 75 years.
NAMES OF PLANTS
I have made every effort to ensure the names of plants are accurate but mistakes sometimes happen.
By buying images from my website you accept that Joanna Kossak, Botanical Square and Photographic Square are not liable or responsible for any mistakes in the information/-names.
FREE SAMPLE
Before purchasing an image you may ask me about a free sample. The small part of the photo will be sent to you in a relevant way, for example:
-if you want to buy the print of a rhododendron, I will send to you a small print, just part of the picture by post. So you can easily check quality and colours of image.
-if you want to buy an image by email (only for licence option), I will sent to you a small part of the image in original size by email.
This is an additional service and I will not send a sample if you don’t require it.
Unfortunately I can not accept returns for any images sold by email or on CD. You can cancel your order only if the picture has not yet been sent.
If you bought the low resolution picture, but you would prefer to change it for a higher resolution image, just let me know. I can accept exchange for bigger one when you pay the difference in price.
Images will be sent within 48 hours after payment is received.
